MCT Anything Goes

It's Anything Goes with My Creative Time!  Today I have a sweet card that I made with the adorable Small Flower Dies and Foliage Dies.  I just think they are so elegant!  I used the XOXO Border Frame Dies for my background layer, which gives a fun visual appeal.  The sentiment is from Sweet Halloween.
