It's Thoughtful Thursday with My Creative Time, a day to make a nice card for somebody to let them know that you are thinking about them. I made this cute Valentine to brighten the day of somebody special that I know.
To start off with this card, I took a piece of Strathmore Bristol watercolor cardstock and embossed it with the Cuttlebug Hugs & Kisses embossing folder. I then added a watercolor background, using Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Abandoned Coral, Festive Berries, and Picked Raspberries. Once it was dry, I trimmed the piece with the largest of the MCT Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies and attached this piece to my card base.
The monster was made with a cut from the Cricut Mini Monsters cartridge. I made a cute little envelope for him to hold using the MCT Mini Stitched Envelope Die. I then die cut a heart using a die from the Stitched Scallop Heart Die Set and stamped a sentiment from Teeny Tag Holidays upon it. The teeny heart is from 4x4 Journal Die + More.
