Cupcakes Card w/ Video!


I thought these cupcakes on the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge would look really cute welded to a card base, so that the card itself would take on the cupcake shape.  I was able to do this easily in Cricut Design Space (see video below).  Once I cut out all of the pieces, I adhered it together, using some dimensional adhesive for the chocolate frosting.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Floral Sentiments.

    Katie ~ ADORABLE card!! LOVE the idea that you can make a card base card!!! Well you used one of my FAVORITE cartridge too! Seriously FABULOUS! I am off to watch the video now!

    That is a really cute card. Thank you so much for the tutorial. I just started using my Cricut Explore and it is so great to see tutorials from someone who knows what they are doing!
