It's Thrifty Thursday with My Creative Time, and I used up some of my patterned paper scraps to make balloons with the Stitched Party Dies for my little 4 1/4" square card today. I hand drew the strings and border, added a little bow made with another die from Stitched Party Dies, and a sentiment from Teeny Tag Greetings. Quick and easy!
