It's Made in Minutes with My Creative Time, and today I have a card that took about 20 minutes to make. I started with a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Bristol paper that I stamped with the Grainy Wood Background and Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Vintage Photo. Then I quickly painted over it with a water brush to pull the brown ink onto the white paper. Setting it aside to dry, I made the rest of the card elements.
To get the stripes down the side of the card, I stamped a strip of white cardstock with the diagonal border from Geo Borders using Hero Arts Bubble Gum, Orange Soda, and Butter Bar inks. I layered a thin strip of brown cardstock on top of that, added a tab cut with the Stitched Tab Die, and stamped it with a sentiment created with the Alpha Pack.
I used the Stitched Restroom Peep Dies to make my little people, layering 3 cardstock layers plus one patterned paper layer to give them lots of dimension. The "Yay!" speech bubble was made with the Fun Speech Bubbles and the other one was cut with one of the Stitched Square Speech Bubbles and stamped with a sentiment from Celebrate Good Times.
