Thanks a Million

I needed to make a bunch of thank you notes, so I wanted a quick design.  Luckily, my design team sister Cassandra had showcased a great quick and easy design using the new My Creative Time You Are Fabulous stamp set during out last release.  I followed her design, and just mixed it up a bit by using the Happy Thoughts stamp and die set, but I did use the watercolor stripe from You are Fabulous.  My card is a 3 1/2" x 5".

Lately I've been addicted to making my own envelopes for my cards with my We R memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.  I found this awesome Recollections paper pack below at Michael's.  It's thin paper (like printer paper), which works really well for envelopes.  I make them with the pattern on the inside, so it's easy to address the outside, but you still get a fun punch of color on the inside!  And at only $10 (with a 50% off coupon) for 180 envelopes, it's a steal!

Here's a hint if you like to make 3 1/2" x 5" cards (4-Bar) and you have the Envelope Punch Board.  I found that the directions on the board don't make quite the right size envelope.  I cut a 7" square and make the first score line at 3".

Also, for a better A2 size envelope, I cut an 8" square, and make the first score line at 3 1/2".
