Papertrey July Blog Hop Challenge

It's the Papertrey Ink July Blog Hop Challenge, and Nichole Heady has a fun inspiration photo on her blog.  I used some of the colors and the red gingham from the photo for my card today.

These adorable suitcases were made with the new PTI Pack Your Bags stamps and dies.  Aren't they the cutest?  To tie the little tag on to the red suitcase, I used a paper piercer to punch holes on either side of the "handle" and pulled some twine through.  I stamped the PTI Background Basics:  Gingham with Pure Poppy ink on Rustic Cream cardstock and trimmed it with the PTI Pinking Shears Border Die to get my gingham layer.

The sentiments in the set are fun to mix and match with different inks!

Head over to Nichole Heady's blog to join in the fun!
