I've seen a couple of my crafty friends, Linda and Lee-Ann, use Lori Whitlock's a2 Box Card Silhouette Files, and I couldn't wait to try one out! I purchased her Birthday Box Card, but I removed the cakes and star shapes in Silhouette Studio so that I could replace them with some fun My Creative Time Easter die cuts. I cut my card base with some Papertrey Ink Hawaiian Shores cardstock and then cut the layers with fun patterned paper from the Simple Stories SN@P Life 6x6 Pad.
On the front panel, I added a round sentiment from MCT's All Around Holidays, stamped on die cuts made from the Scallop & Stitched Circle Dies. That cute little bunny was made from a die from All Around Holiday! Then I die cut a few eggs from Hello Chickie! and stamped them with the coordinating stamps and Versamark ink. I adhered them and some grass made with the Stitched Grass Die just inside the box. That funny sign was made with a die from Just Simply Live and stamped with a sentiment from Hello Chickie!
Here's a chick made with the dies from Hello Chickie! Remember last week when I said I lost the dies for his face? Well I got my carpets cleaned this weekend, and they were found! Yay!!! He's so cute!
Here I added a sweet Easter basket, also with dies from Hello Chickie! I have to say, this is the best Easter stamp and die set EVER!!!
Now, the really fun thing about this box card is that is folds flat for mailing! Here it is when you first fold it.
And then when you fold up the two panels! How fun would this be to get in the mail?
