MCT November Sneak Peek #1


Welcome to Day 1 of November My Creative Time Sneak Peeks!  This is a super fun release - I just want to keep playing with it!  For my card today, I started with an A2 size rustic white card base and then added a popped up 4" x 5 1/4" layer in the same color that I embossed with the Cuttlebug Snowflake Border embossing folder.   Then I added lots of old and new MCT products!


My cute frame was made with the Stitched "Capture" Frame with Arrows Dies, using some cute candy cane paper from Simple Stories December Documented.  To make my little scene, I stamped the sweet little penguin family from From Our Family to Yours onto white cardstock, cut them out, and adhered them along with some white cardstock snow to some pretty background paper from Echo Park's Winter Wishes.  See that adorable stitched circle tab?  I made that with the new Stitched Circle Tab Die and stamped it with a cute little heart pattern from the new Circle Tab Sentiments.  So fun!  I see this being used a lot on cards, scrapbooking, and Project Life!


At the bottom of the frame, I added a banner die cut made with the Vintage Stitched Label Dies and stamped it with a sentiment from From Our Family to Yours.  Some kraft hemp and a cute little heart button made with the Stitched Button Dies finished it off!

    Today's dies and stamps look like a lot of fun...I can see why you don't want to quit playing with them. I really like the stripe and the flake with the penguins is perfect for that stamp. I love the embossed background. Great job!
