MCT Favorite Stamp of the Month

It's Favorite Stamp of the Month with My Creative Time, and we've got two fun stamps sets we are showcasing this month:  Piles of Smiles and Mixed Holiday Sentiments.  I used Piles of Smiles for my project today.  That's where I got my cute sentiment, which I stamped upon a tab made with the MCT Stitched Tab Die.

This adorable cornucopia is a cut from the Silhouette Online Store.  I embossed the corn with the Cuttlebug Mesh Texture embossing folder and inked it up a bit.  Then I replaced the leaves and a pumpkin with cuter stitched ones from the MCT All Around Holiday and Piles of Smiles dies.  A little flower button made with the MCT Stitched Button Dies and tied with a bit of hemp finished it off!

I've used both of these stamp sets on lots of projects, but I pulled some of my favorite ones to share with you today.  If you click on the pics, you'll be taken to the original blog posts with more details.

  4. Your cornucopia is awesome! I love the button, leaves and pumpkin...but that corn is so clever. I am enjoying the look back at past cards that have been posted. Not a dud in the bunch! Maple leaves are one of my favorites also. Great job.
