Woodgrain Note Card

I've got another card using my new washi tape from My Mind's Eye to share with you today!  This is another 3 1/2" x 5" card.  I started by figuring out how much space my washi tape plus the strip of pink cardstock would cover on my card base, and then I covered that area with post its.  I used clear embossing powder and the Papertrey Ink Background Basics:  Woodgrain stamps to heat emboss the rest of the card base.  I then added the wash tape and the pink cardstock.

This little star was cut with a die from Papertrey Ink's Seeing Stars set, and the button is from My Creative Time's Stitched Button Dies.  I decided to not add a sentiment at this time.  I can always add one to the inside later, or just leave it blank.
