One of my friends finally had her baby boy last week after being 8 days overdue! I used a sketch and this week's color palette from Summer Card Camp 2 for my card and designed it in Silhouette Studio. The scalloped circle is 4 1/4", so this can fit into an A2 size envelope. I machine stitched the polka dot layer onto the scalloped layer.
The cute teddy bear is by Echo Park, found in the Silhouette Online Store. I substituted some black Glam Rocks for his eyes. The sweet sentiment is from My Creative Time's All Star Baby stamp set. I stamped it onto cream cardstock and then hand cut a banner around it. Lastly, I added a little button star made with MCT's Stitched Button Dies and tied it with some thin hemp from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.
