Farm Thank You


We've been reading Charlotte's Web in my third grade class, and one of my students gave me a beautiful necklace that has a quote from the story engraved on it.  I thought it would be appropriate to give him a farm themed thank you note.  To make my card base, I used smokey shadow ink to stamp the board from Papertrey Ink's Background Basics:  Farm & Barn on smokey shadow cardstock.


I used the My Creative Time Tag Dies to make my red banner.  The images and sentiment stamped on the white rectangle, along with the little seal to the right, are all from PTI's On the Farm stamp set.


I distressed a thin strip of white cardstock to put along the bottom of the card, stamping some little chicks behind a hen that I die cut with the On the Farm dies.  So cute!
