Sweet Baby Card

On Friday, I co-hosted a baby shower for a friend.  This is the card that I made for her gift.  It coordinates with the invitation, which I previously posted.  To get my postage stamp card shape, I used a cut from the Silhouette Online Store.  I made a mirror image of it and welded it together.  Then I just used my paper cutter to cut the kraft and white layers to a desired size.  The sweet sentiment is from My Creative Time's All Star Baby stamp set.

All of the patterned paper I used is from Echo Park's Bundle of Joy Boy collection.  I used some prints from the 6x6 pad and some from the 12x12 collection, which I had bought to make the party favors, which I posted last week.  The elephants are another cut from the Silhouette Store, and I used some Imaginisce Glam Rocks for their eyes.  To make my cute heart shaped button, I used the MCT Stitched Button Dies, cutting the heart once from patterned paper and once from a Papertrey Ink Coaster to give it some extra dimension.  I tied it on with some Thin Kraft Hemp from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.

I used my Silhouette to make a coordinating envelope and popped on some stickers from the Bundle of Joy Boy 12x12 collection.
