Here's the gift bag that I made for my nine-year-old niece's birthday present. I made some patterned and white clouds using the My Creative Time Fly Away With Me Dies. The fun flower pattern is from My Mind's Eye My Girl collection.
This cute little giraffe enjoying a hot air balloon ride was cut at 6" from the Cricut Circle Animal Antics cartridge. I embossed the balloon with the Cuttlebug Polka Dots folder and the basket with the Cuttlebug Squares folder.
For my tag, I cut the base with one of the My Creative Time Tag Dies. I then stamped the sentiment and balloon strings from Papertrey Ink's Birthday Style Stamp Set and added balloons made with PTI's Birthday Style Dies. I finished it off with some chevron ribbon from May Arts and a little orange hemp from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.

Katie ~ Oh this bag is so ADORABLE! I just LOVE all the colors on the kraft bag ~ they so pop! Okay this cartridge is so CUTE ~ that giraffe in the balloon! Okay I adore the tag too! I bet your niece just ADORES you!!!
