Window Card


Here's another window card.  If you didn't see the one I made earlier this week, I have a video here.  I started with an A2 size card base (11" x 4 1/4", scored at 5 1/2") and cut a window out of it using the smaller of the My Creative Time's Just Tags dies.  I then cut my patterned paper at 4" x 5 1/4" and cut a window with the larger Just Tags die.  Before adhering the patterend paper to the card base, I added a rectangle of clear cardstock between them.  


I then cut some flowers using MCT's Flower Petal Dies.  Those fun turquoise centers are the 15 mm Dome Flowers from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.  They make the perfect flower centers!  I adhered the flowers to the clear cardstock with a little bit of Scor-Tape.


On the inside I added a piece of white cardstock stamped with a sentiment from MCT's Bloom Where You are Planted, stamped in just the right spot to show through the window!

    I love this card! Purple is my favorite color and it so works with the amazing flowers! BTW...I featured your other window card on my blog today! Love the technique.

    Beautiful card. So often simple is not only faster but looks better too. I tend to think and put too much. I love this card.
