Today is the day!!! Are you ready to go shopping for your new My Creative Time fonts and vintage labels??? You should have arrived here from the talented Glora's blog, but if you just arrived here by chance, you'll want to start at the beginning, at Emma's blog.
I'm showcasing my favorite Lowercase Fun Dies today, and I had so much fun using them as part of a sentiment on my cards! This one is an A2 size card, and I added layers of dark chocolate and cream cardstock, along with some pretty patterned paper from Simple Stories' Handmade Holiday, which I edged with my ekSuccess Bumpy Roads punch.
To make my sentiment, I cut out "wishes" in kraft cardstock and red plaid paper and then adhered them together to make them pop a bit more. The My Creative Time You Are Perk-fect stamp set has a sentiment that says "Sending warm thoughts your way." I used scotch tape to mask out the words I didn't want to put together my sentiment.
This coffee cup from the Coffee Break stamp set is one of my all-time favorite My Creative Time dies. I did a little paper piecing and added a button and twine for extra detail.
For this simple card, I used a stamp from Celebrate Good Times, an ornament die from Warm Holiday Fun, and my trusty Lowercase Fun Dies!
Here's a look at the full die set:
And, for more fun, Emma is offering an adorable stamp set, Thank You Hugs, to everyone who places their order by Sunday at midnight! That will be the deadline to receive this stamp set FREE (after that it will be for sale). This is a little token of her appreciaiton for ALL of you who made this ALL possible for her to continue to do what she LOVES! She's also celebrating her 2 year anniversary! Yep, she came out with her first set of stamps 2 years ago! Wow! You do not have to add this to your cart or use a special code, it will just be included with your order (one per customer). Here's a look at Thank You Hugs:
