I like to make Halloween cards for my niece that represent her costume, and this year I was informed that she picked out a gold gown and tiara to be a princess. The Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge has this cute kitty princess, so I thought that would be perfect. I found the fun card shape on the Wild Card 2 cartridge, and I cut it at 5 1/2", after welding the base of the kitty to it with my Gypsy. I also used my Gypsy to create the green layers, which were made using K&Company's Spooktacular stack (last year's release). The extra bits of patterned paper came from Papertrey Ink's Halloween Prints.
The princess kitty is cut at 4 1/2". I cut the layer that you see in brown again in gold, just so that I could get "gloves" (my niece's costume includes the gold gloves). The little pumpkin trick-or-treat bucket is also from Create a Critter 2, cut at 1 1/4". I added lots of sparkly i-rock gems and used a little bit of Glossy Accents on the eyes and mouth too.
The spooky sentiments are from My Creative Time's Mixed Holiday Sentiments stamp set.
