Dog Sympathy Card


My sister's dog had to be put to sleep last week, so I made this little sympathy card for her family.  It's an A2 size card, and I used Silhouette Studio to size a pie chart slightly larger than a 4" x 5 1/4" rectangle, grouped them together, and then used the crop button to get the sunburst sections that I cut from patterned paper.  I adhered them to a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of kraft cardstock and then adhered that to my black card base.  The black lab, found in the Silhouette Store, is cut at 2.9".  I used My Creative Time's Teeny Tag Greetings for the tags and sentiment, adding a little bit of green hemp from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.

    Katie ~ I am so sorry to hear about the loss of their dog! This will TOTALLY brighten their spirits! The sunburst cut was a PERFECT chooice ~ I LOVE it! OF course I LOVE the paper and the silhoutte of the dog! My favorite little tag too! Sweet card!!!

    Always sad to have to put a pet down but your thoughtful beautiful card will help their pain of loss! The dog is a nice cut and you did a great job making the Pie chart for the sunburst...looks great!
