Here's another simple thank you card using my favorite embossed cards from Michael's (Recollections 3.5 x 4.8"). The cute telephone was cut and stamped with Papertrey Ink's Heart-2-Heart #4. "Just wanted to say" is also from Heart-2-Heart #4, and "thanks" is from Mega Mixed Messages. This was a snap to reproduce for student thank-you notes, using a variety of colors for the telephone.
