Welcome to Day Two of the My Creative Time March Sneak Peeks! Emma is doing something a little different this month. You can actually order the new stamps sets in her store now! You'll want to do so quickly, because she has something fun up her sleeve for everybody on Friday!
I had lots of fun making today's card. It was very quick, but I love how it turned out! My kraft base is 4 1/4" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4". The avocado layer is a 4" square, and the cream layer is a 3 3/4" square.
The stamp set I'm showcasing is called Do the Cocoa Motion. Perfect for the hot chocolate lover! I stamped two of the cocoa mugs with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I then colored them with some green Copics and added polka dots with a Copic colorless blender. To make my marshmallows nice and white, I colored them with a white gel pen.
I added a little strip of polka dotted paper edged with the ekSuccess Bumpy Roads Edger Punch and used some twine to attach a button. Don't you just love the sentiment? It makes me sing!
Here's a look at the entire Do the Cocoa Motion stamp set:
