I'm working on thank you cards for the end of the year gifts from my students. I made a couple of these A2 sized cards for some girls in my class. Don't you love this ice-cream sundae? It's from Kate's ABCs, cut at 3 3/4". My gorgeous background paper is printed from the Best Friends cartridge on my Imagine. I know I have so many great patterns that I don't use, so this weekend I started printing out 3" square swatches of all of the patterns on each cartridge. I can't believe I'd overlooked this one!

My sweet sentiment is from My Creative Time's "This and That" stamp set. I love it with the ice-cream! To make a button that matches my ice-cream dish, I used a Papertrey Ink die and coaster. Layering the patterned paper button on top of the coaster button made it a little bit sturdier.
Recipe:
Papertrey Ink Dark Chocolate, Sweet Blush, Pure Poppy, & Spring Moss Cardstock
Papertrey Ink "2009 Bitty Dot Basics" Patterned Paper
ColorBok Textured Cardstock (for Imagine print)
My Creative Time's "This and That" Stamp Set
Papertrey Ink Dark Chocolate Ink, Rustic Jute Button Twine, Coaster, & "Buttoned Up #1" Die
ekSuccess Ticket Punch (altered to make it more narrow)
ColorBox Cat's Eye Chalk Ink
