Papertrey Ink February Blog Hop Challenge

It's time for February's Papertrey Ink Blog Hop! The challenge this month is to use scallops somewhere on your project. I used my Fiskar's Treading Water Border Punch for my scallops. My favorite part of making this card was using my new PTI button dies and stamps. They are so fun to use! The cute sentiment is from My Creative Time's "Paper Princess" stamp set.
