Back to School Post-it Holder

Teaching a 2/3 this year, I will be relying on the help of all of the other 2nd and 3rd grade teachers. I made these cute Post-it holders to leave on their desks the first day of school. My new stamp set from Papertrey Ink, "School Time", came in this week, and I just love it. I used it for the letter background on the gold paper, the binder paper, and the "Back to School" sentiment. The apple is from Create a Critter, cut at 1 1/4", and I used my Gypsy to hide the face.

I'll list the sizes for everything below, but if you want to know how to make the base of the Post-it holder, you should really watch Momo's video from The video I've linked has a few different projects in it, but you'll see the Post-it holder at around 6 1/2 minutes into the video. Check our her blog too; she has so many wonderful projects with videos!
